LifeStraw Go Series 22 oz

made with quality materials but have a slight problem

The water bottle is solidly built and quite durable. The filtered water tastes slightly sweet, which is nice. However, the twist cap is a bit tight, making it somewhat difficult to open and close—hopefully it will loosen up after a few more uses. I also noticed a small issue: possibly due to pressure or temperature differences, when the bottle has been left for a while (such as after hiking for an hour or two) and I open it again, the water tends to gush out like a small fountain.

My entire order was messed up. I purchased nine items and spent over 250+ dollars with them and yet to hear back from them. Poor customer service
