Good so far! Hoping for good things as I wear them more.

I recently got my urban flex biopods , and have just worn them for a total of about two , 8 hour periods delivering for instacart, and I didn’t feel any pain which surprised me; just a little soreness. I am flat footed, over pronate, and have an old running injury from 2004 that I never saw a doctor about, so my ankle healed back the wrong way. My podiatrist said it’s technically deformed, and i basically had 2 choices: he could break all the bones in my foot and reset them, OR prescribe custom fitted orthotics. lol. I have worn orthotics for a long time now. And still experience pain when I wear shoes without the orthotics , run, or walk over 4-5 miles. I start delivering for Amazon soon and won’t be able to wear my biopods at work, but I will wear them everywhere else, and really hope to see some real results! I’ll reach out again in 6-8 weeks with an update!
