Cinnamon Toffee Biscotti Double Pack – Spicy, Sweet, and Oh-So-Dunkable

These are addicting!

I started off with a two pack and moved onto the bags of bits. These are so good! The toffee must have melted into the cookie, so it provides a bit of a chew and not a crunch. The touch of cinnamon is absolutely perfect, too! These must not be twice baked because you won’t break your teeth on them like regular biscotti. To me, they are more like a short bread.
