Shipping protection is minimal and leaves opportunities for products to get scratches and damaged but mine showed up in good condition. I wish the rails were still built and stamped “MADE IN USA” but unfortunately they are not

The bungee straps will work fit some people, but they’re too short for many things. The description is accurate. Just consider the length before ordering.

Love the etrack system. This is my first trailer so Im learning as I go, but excited to see what I can install!
