A huge help

The friend who recommended me the topponcino would bring it out to restaurants so her daughter could sleep on the floor. I also see the huge benefit of using it to pass the infant to a friend/family member to hold. I have not brought it out of the house much, but it has been a huge lifesaver for me when it comes to getting my daughter to nap. When I get her to fall asleep in my arms, I can transfer her to her bassinet without disturbing and waking her up. (She is not rolling yet, has actually taken a few supervised naps on her stomach, and I make sure to watch her while on the topponcino and do my chores quietly around her. I am aware of the whole "sleep on their backs on a flat hard surface with nothing around" safety concern, hence why I keep an eye on her. But I need to keep sane as well and am willing to use this as a napping aid, so decide for yourself what kind of risk you want to take on. All decisions have different sorts of risks.) Having the extra sheet cover is helpful for when she spits up a little too, or I accidentally drop a tiny bit of my lunch on it haha. That way I can exchange the sheet without having to wash the entire thing. Such a simple but useful product!
