SSYS Bubblegum Pink Get Ready Robe™

I love it! I use to just wear my pajamas to get ready in, but this is much more efficient since you don't have to pull on and off over the head! I got the XS and it is very roomy.

Such a good one!!! It felt like a splurge for a robe, but worth it! The bubblegum pink is true to the photo. Everything about the piece is feminine, elevated and fun. I was surprised by the feel of the inside and that it was lighter and didn’t leave me sweating after using all the heated hair tools to get ready. Plan to pack not much more than this and bathing suits for an upcoming beach trip!

I just received my order and was so disappointed to find an XS instead of an XL. I triple checked my order before placing it (website originally had XS selected and I changed it to XL). I have no recourse because it is considered a sale item? The color, material and style are very nice, but I am not sure if I would like to order anything else if this business doesn't want to ensure customer satisfaction. I sent an email and am writing this review in hopes that I will be able to report about their great customer service. UPDATE: I received an email allowing me to exchange it, great I thought. I paid $8. for a return label and found there wasn't anything avaliable in my size! I wrote a note on the bottom of the return stating there wasn't an XL to exchange it for. I received notice that my return is on it's way. This has been stressful. I will check in again later...alas, this sad saga continues. 😢
