Functional, cute workout shorts

I'm literally wearing them as I type this. These are my fav workout shorts. They're extremely functional and comfortable, while still being cute and colorful.

Beautiful design, tricky sizing for hourglass figures

I love the fabric and drape of the shorts. The style is flattering and comfortable. The main issue for me is the waist-to-hip ratio. I order XL in the bottoms, following the size chart. The underneath shorts layer fits perfectly through the hips and thighs, but the waistband is too loose and doesn’t hug my waist properly. The shorts stay up mostly because the fitted layer underneath fits perfectly. I also own the Pirouette skort, which has a very similar construction. I sized down to L there, and while the waistband fits much better, the shorts part becomes too tight and cuts into my thighs. Unfortunately, I feel like my proportions fall directly between sizes in this brand, which may also be an issue for other people with similar proportions. For reference, I’m approx 112 cm in hips and 84 cm in waist.
