Great product but did not fit how I would like them

I originally ordered my first pair of party pants two years ago. I loved them! They fit perfect and were the most comfortable shorts I have ever put on. I loved them so much, I ordered two pairs for this summer. I ordered a size large like my first pair and figured I would order size large again. The Gates Done short was a little tighter and seemed to be a little shorter than my original pair. I still enjoy them and love how comfy they are. I just wished they fit like my original party pant.
