In dem gelieferten Paket war ein falscher Artikel. Kundenservice nicht erreichbar, da der deutsche Standort 2 Wochen Urlaub macht.

The single bellow works very well. Due to the choice of silicone, however, coffee powder sticks to the sealing ring. But what's not too bad, you just have to clean it often with a damp sponge. It would be nice if you could leave the bellow on the grinder and feed the beans from above. That would make it easier to use, otherwise it is very good.

I have not been able to use it as the WPM ZP 1, which since last Monday, is back at your Service department in Frankfurt, did not function. The beans were not ground properly and blocked the system. I have had no reply from Frankfurt
