Does not last
These boots are no longer water proof after a few months of use. The leather top has developed a gap with the rubber sole, allowing water into both feet. I'm disappointed with how much money these cost, $180 original price, yet the warranty that lasts a year does not cover wear and tear. This should be covered though; any boot claiming to be waterproof and meant for biking should last at least a year, such as the Converse Gore-Tex that is no longer available unfortunately.

Good Design Undermined by Bad Construction
The Chrome Traction boot looks great right out of the box and initially seemed exactly what I was looking for—stylish, comfortable, and rugged enough to handle the elements. Unfortunately, the build quality quickly became a major disappointment. Within the first week, the toe cap and midsole began to peel away. Dirt and small gravel easily get lodged between the traction layer and the outsole, further separating the sole. The tread has worn down very quickly, and for a boot-sneaker hybrid there is very little arch support. At this point, the shoes are barely holding together with shoe glue, which is unacceptable for a boot at this price point.

Could use more firmness
The fit is true, maybe a touch on the narrow side. Waterproof works, comfortable fit. But for activities of any duration the sole should be stiffer. Would be good to have more cushion if standing longer times. Grippy soles are nice.
