Too difficult to understand

There needs to be clearer instructions with this. They are confusing and not well outlined.

Unable to solve puzzles even with answer key

My friend and I spent over an hour trying to figure out the game but we were unable to even using the answer key. We had planned to use this xscape room at a party but had to change courses as we could not figure the puzzles out. I requested a refund twice but have not heard back from the company.

Fun but….

We did this as a family of 7 people, with ages ranging from 3 to 13 plus two adults. I paired the youngest kids with adults, and we had a fun time, but some of the puzzles made quite a jump and couldn’t be solved without getting a hint to get us started. It took us about an hour and a half to complete. My only suggestion is that a hint page be included and not just the answer sheet. That way the host who is trying to participate can give hints without seeing the whole answer. The theme was fun though and we all dressed up and pretended we were in the jungle to keep the theme going.
