Power Supply
Having used my Rize Adjustable Bed for awhile, I was devasted when after the hurricanes it stopped working. Luckily I bought a good product. I called the company and my problem was diagnosed by Laurie. I prepared for the worst when she told me I needed a power supply. For less than $20 plus shipping my bed was fixed. If I have any advice. . it is to buy a good product with parts support. I could have bought cheaper, and I am glad I didn't. Great product. . great customer service. I truly got what I paid for.
