Jungle Keepsake Box Pine Engraved

Quick to block on Facebook 😆 I made it clear throughout that I wanted my keepsake box replaced, not refunded. I only agreed to return it for review if a replacement would be provided, as I simply wanted the item as advertised. I ordered in April on pre-order, expecting a 2-3 wait, did not receive until June 18th. Communication around the delay was minimal. When the box arrived, I was extremely disappointed. My child’s name was visibly crooked, the lettering was uneven, and the birthdate was slightly angled. For such a sentimental item, and after such a long wait, I expected care. I emailed on June 18th with no response until I followed up on June 24th. Since then, communication has been brief, unhelpful and dismissive. I was told to “pack it back up” for collection, yet days later there was still no clear resolution. Being offered a refund instead of a replacement felt like avoiding responsibility. I did not want compensation — I wanted the keepsake box I ordered, made correctly.

Awesome keepsake box for our little one ….going to be great to save all the treasures in his personalised box. Awesome quality.
