I use the mister for moistening the sourdough surface before placing it into a Dutch Oven for baking. The spray is even and easily controlled by the thumb action plunger and is applied in the knowledge that it is plastic free.

Handy spritzer, looks nice in copper. Only design fault is that if you're handling for multiple sprays, the handle begins to feel quite sharp.
