Great tile, terrible response time/replacement

The tile is fantastic. And even initially, the response time and customer service from tile mart was top notch. However, when I got the order two boxes were very damaged. Made a claim that day, was in contact with tile mart about replacement tiles and they were very quick to respond. But I’d asked for a tracking number as soon as they had it and didn’t hear back for over a week. It was almost two weeks before I got the replacement tiles when it was supposed to be 3 days. I followed up multiple times with no response. I was told the tile company hadn’t shipped it, etc. which I am not doubting but I should’ve been kept in the loop without having to hound them day in and day out about it.
