Unfortunately there was a defective part that prevented me from assembling the chair! However the support team offered me a refund or replacement chair! I asked them ordered me a new chair and that is in the process of returning the defective one and getting a new one!

Easy to put together. Lifts great and comfortable.

It was advertised as wide, it is not. The chair is uncomfortable for my husband. In the picture it shows an adult male when it should be for female
