Honu is a Superstar at customer service!!

I bought two Seaton 10’8 boards. And they are perfect in every way. However, when I first set them up one of them was missing one of these little screws that help hold the fins in place. I wrote to Honu and Mark responded immediately saying they would ship me a replacement. Later it turned out there were none available in North America. So once he figured that out, he had them shipped all the way from Australia!! Crazy. I can’t think of another company that would have done that. Needless to say I am a fan for life. Also the boards are really perfect (I know I already said that). They pack up easily. They are a snap to set up. The materials and design are best in class. It’s such a pleasure to purchase something and have it turn out better than you had hoped. And then to have such amazing customer support on top of that! I wish more companies were as great as Honu!!! Just buy their stuff!
