The product is infact waterproof and can withstand water without smudging. It is NOT infact smudge or budge proof. I swiped that gel liner once and it smudged bad… if your looking for an eyeliner that’s is just waterproof. This is okay but
If you’re looking for one with both smudge proof and waterproof probably don’t get this. It is a decent product though.

Excellent eye liner
Very smooth and precise, it's like a liquid and a pencil had a perfect little eyeliner baby, lasted a 7 hour serving shift with no smudging or streaking!

Again these are fantastic I got a bunch of these eyeliners and I have somewhat of mature eyes no pulling stays in place
