Great quality, great shape, and even greater customer service: I had a quality control problem with a previous order (loose sarado), then they contacted me and sent me an extra ken (Hybrid 2o4) free of charge when I purchased this product. Thanks Cereal Kendama :).

Super fast shipping and processing time.
My accent 2 was a little rough in some areas and I had to take some sand paper to it, but they included a free paperweight!
The ken shape is amazing and extremely balanced. I will certainly be buying more soon.
