Hydro (50 Sticks)

A nice, sweet addition to my water. I had drank LMNT in the past, which does not include sugar, so the sweetness took a little to get used to.

These handy packets are great for qhen your out and about. Or throughout the day at work , to help keep you hydrated and moving. Great taste and great value.!

Doesn’t dissolve very well

I’m not a fan of the taste and it doesn’t dissolve very well. I want to use this in my camel back water pack, but it has to be constantly shaken up or there are undissolved particles floating around. For that reason, I can’t use it in my camel back. Sort of defeats the purpose of using it to stay hydrated on my long runs
