Installed this for an outdoor shower and sink. Hot water almost instantly. Works well!

at time of purchase i did not notice this unit required 120V connection. i open a help request through tech support, which has been very helpful, to get an RMA to return and exchange this unit. i have requested a portable unit with an exhaust port on top so i can mount it indoors. i will return the original 120V unit this week and see how it all works out from there.

Out side of the mishap of the shipping everything arrived in one piece and worked immediately once plugged in! Thank you so much for the product and we will make sure we keep using you guys anytime we have a problem with ours.
