Ordering was easy. Shipping was on time without any damage. Nothing was missing. Set up was easy with clear instructions. Product works great and heats up very cold well water as high as 125F (hotter than needed for a shower).

Got this to replace a larger model which started leaking within 6 months. I submitted a report but have not heard back.
