These are my favorite reins. I needed something longer for my 18h horse. He was pulling me out of the saddle to stretch down. The extra length is perfect.

Lovely reins, excellent grip but nice and thin

These are extremely high quality reins that have soft leather on the outside but a nice grippy thin rubber on the inside along with rein stops. It's a little hard to describe but sometimes they can appear to be somewhat twisted from the bit, so it can be difficult to tell whether your reins are straight at a glance. It's a very minor gripe and I don't even think it deserves a star off because it's just a bit of an optical illusion - probably because of the thinness of the reins. I find these far superior than the popular rubber reins because they look beautiful with the leather but still have the grip that the rubber reins have, and without so much bulk between your fingers. The combination makes it extremely easy to play out and pull in the slack as needed. Highly recommend!
