Excellent for use every time no matter where you are!! I would recommend looking into some sort of suction cup on the bottom… if that’s even possible??? Reason being, some public restrooms only have the top of the toilet paper dispenser (or no place at all) to place a cup on. (And eww don’t want to put it in the floor!)! Not all surfaces are wide or flat and a suction cup would add extra security to prevent spills or just knocking cup over onto a dirty floor. Maybe even some way to suction it from the side of the cup so it could stick to a wall? Maybe a firm horizontal ring suctioned to the wall that the cup could be nestled in to rest until done. Especially if the suction cup was not attached to storage cup so there would be no splashing when pulling the suction off. Does that make sense?

I like being able to carry my stuff because I'm a single mom on the go all the time working full-time as well!
