Yes!!! They work!!
Just the boost I need in the morning. No jitters, no pills. I definitely had my doubts but these patches have replaced my energy drinks and are so much healthier for me.

Calm , energy , focus
The calm patches are amazing I use them for bed and midday anxiety . The energy patches are my least favorite they seem to do the opposite for me and give me headaches. I feel like I still need the patch and coffee . And the patch counteracts my coffee . Focus patches are so/ so for me . Putting them on at the right time has been my challenge.
