Brilliant switches

I love these. Great feel. Very light pressure to activate. There is a distinct tapping sound but not super obnoxious. I use them in an open plan office with a neighbour either side and no-one's been bothered by it. I've also tried the nocturnal switches which are supposed to be like the quieter version of these, but they felt muddier to me, and I find these a lot more joyful to type with. You can't really rest your fingers on the home row without activating the switches, so if you're on the keyboard all day every day it's worth considering the strain on your finger extensors from keeping them suspended above the keys. I have a couple of different keyboards I've been alternating with to try and reduce the risk of RSI in any one place.

Very good light linear switch. Didn’t notice the noise until I tried the Nocturnals which I now have switched to.
