Sadly disappointed
I recieved the initial order of 3 boxes and when I served them, and took a couple of bites, they seemed a bit "soft"...no real snap. So I looked at the box and the sell-by date was in August of '23...and the same with the other 2 boxes. I contacted you folks and reported this. I was sent 3 boxes as replacements...all with the same 8/23 sell-by's. That was ridiculous. I agian reported this and was sent a refund....of 2/3 of what I paid (!)..only after I pointed this out was the balance sent to me.
Given that scenario, how would you respond??...learn some customer service basics...the shipping staff is trying to sink your business?.. get a better calculator...where do I start..or maybe just stop...

Love, love, love
I have been in love with this company and it's products since I tried them through first time. The seeded crisps have a great flavor and a bit of hardiness because of the seeds. Perfect for my morning avocado!
