Love it - easily an everyday favorite.
When I lost the back of my earring (because it was not secured correctly) I contacted customer service and they told me they’d find a replacement. I returned the front to find a match and within a week I was sent a replacement. Phenomenally fast customer service.
From this, I learned to make sure the earring is actually firmly locked! It should not move when properly secured.
