Wooden Wobble Board with Grip

Love it

I impulse added this to a purchase because I used to love using these as a kid. Great addition to listening to a podcast/watching tv after sitting at a desk all day. Also happy to be able to buy it from a Canadian store.

Quality is not wobbly

This is great value and very sturdy. I use it as a cool down after each run and it is effective and challenging. Definitely works for your balance. If you find too easy, change foot position or close your eyes

Great for balance training
