Neon Tetra

Great experience

Ordered 7 neon dwarf gouramis and 15 neon tetras. Parcel went to a wrong facility due to incorrect sorting. When I saw the email, I called Martin, he said he used big bags and therefore survival rate would be 60 to 70 percent, and he said he would replace the order if anything happened to the fish. I live in a country town. Received the fish after 3 days (2 days delay). Martin sent 16 Neon Tetras instead of 15. Out of 16 only one died. All the other neon tetras and gouramis were alive. They are very healthy and swimming in my tank. Very happy to watch them. This is my third order from Sydney Aquascapes. I will purchase them again. Very reliable people.
