Super happy with my new bag

Great quality and looks really good. Fits everything I need for work but is still lightweight and not bulky. Also got help really fast when I noticed I had managed to order the wrong bag (by my own fault) at first. I just sent an email explaining my mistake and within minutes my order was updated as well as the payment. Impressive customer service and a great experience 🤩
