Products are great and really good quality. But the service was truly outstanding! Usually put off online shopping because most other retailers have not delivered on time or i’ve had issues either returning items or recieving refunds. My order with P&Co came two days before it was expected. I also needed to exchange the items due to their size, the exchange process was so easy and smooth and the fact that the new items were sent the same day I sent the first ones back and then arrived under 48 hours later was amazing! I wasn’t expecting to recieve them for at least another week, hands down the best service I have recieved from an online retailer! Thank you very much, looking forward to my next purchase!
