Solid Company, But Disappointed This Time I've had great experiences with this company in the past, which makes this most recent order particularly disappointing. I ordered a set of Supercross carbon bars, and unfortunately, they arrived with numerous chips and scratches. These bars are hard to come by, so I decided to keep them, but I did reach out to Full Tilt via email to let them know about the condition. I never received a response. While I still believe in the company overall, the lack of communication and the condition of the product on this order were a letdown.
