Have used black pepper in some pain blends. Have heard it can help with stopping smoking but haven't known anyone who has actually tried it for this.

Great Essential Oil

Black pepper essential oil is a must have for me. It’s calming, helping me to relax a bit before bed. Sometimes I just take a quick inhale for a second, which helps me feel better. It mixes well with Too Much Fun! I like to mix it in coconut oil for body use.
