Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

Roman chamomile

I used the Roman Chamomile essential oil in my aroma therapy roll-on. I used it in my after yoga roll-on blend. It smells sweet and helps keep sense of calm achieved after a yoga class.

Wonderful

One of my favorite oils to use, so calming and smells great! So many ways to use it too, but it's part of my skin care routine and I use it for diffuser at bedtime sometimes too.

This works great for nighttime diffusing and also for my diy foaming soaps. Love the calming scent.
