Very cheap design. Parts were broken when received.

My order arrived and I assembled the lamp. I noticed there was a large crack in the wood that attaches one of the legs. Because I had slightly surpassed the 30 day return time, I contacted the company to request a new part. I was told that I would have to pay for shipping which I agreed to. I never received the part. Later attempts to reach the company went unanswered. This is unacceptable customer service. I really like the lamp (it was my second order) and would have appreciated outdoor solar outlet making an effort to respond to me and satisfy my simple request.
