Spare Part - Shell Replacement by DogGoods ™

This is a fabulous dog crate! My husband managed to tear it, inadvertently. I contacted the company and in less than a week I have a new shell for the metal frame. Wonderful

Good follow-up

My exuberant golden retriever tore an opening in the soft crate when she was a puppy. She still sleeps in this crate every night although I wanted to replace the shell, it was out of stock for a long time. I was reassured I would be notified when it was back in stock. I was skeptical but I received a note when it became available. I'm grateful for the heads up, now my calmer pup is happy in her nice new crate. Many thanks
