While I’ve not been entirely sold on any cooling harness I’ve come across online, I had been compelled to find one that I liked. Canada Pooch’s option seemed like my best bet and through no fault of their own, I returned it. It seemed quite weighty even dry and I just could not imagine a wet version of it would be capable of penetrating my dog’s dense double coat to provide him reasonable relief. It seemed like it’d just be extra weight for him to carry when we are outside. The construction seemed fine, but not fabulous. Take care not to remove ANY tags and packaging or the return will not be accepted. I returned and purchased a flotation device elsewhere for my dog. We’re just gonna take him for swim lessons instead to beat the heat this summer. Return and refund were swift.

Great harness

I bought the older version of the cooling harness. I needed a new one and that one was out of stock. I got this one and it’s great. Keeps my dog cool on the hot days
