Way too big

These are nice socks, but they are way too big. I wear women's size 7, and I got the corresponding size (which is in the middle of the recommended size range of 5 to 10. 5), but they are so big, the heel of the sock is at my ankle, and it rubs against my shoes and therefore makes wearing them very uncomfortable.
