This half tight runs small
I always order a medium in half tights and running shorts with a liner, but based on feedback went with a Large. It is still too small! not sure who is doing your fitting but i have NEVER worn a X-L in anything (6'0, 175 lbs, 33" waist). I'll be returning these for a larger size.
