Get Your Tone On Kit

I purchased this set to try new exercises with equipment on the FitOn app. The sliders work well on low-pile carpet. The bands are nice, but some exercises use bands that are bigger/stretch more. So I’ll need to get bigger bands to add to my collection. Love the colors and easy-storage packaging.

Bands are great. Idk what the disc's are for. I haven't seen a class that uses them yet. Omg those booty bands!
