Personalised Bubble Balloon in a Box - Navy Luxe

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered for delivery on 30/6 my dad’s 90th. We were celebrating that day, with a party. Got a message for DHL thar my parcel was due that afternoon. Called party pieces @ 3:30pm when balloon had not arrivedz The response was outrageous….. we can deliver tomorrow for a 50% reduction in cost !!! Why would i order a personalised balloon to a venue, on a specific date, if I didn’t need it that day. The response was actually insulting.

it deflated when it arrived, it was SMALLER than i expected, it cost a lot of money but the balloon was very pretty
