The cable was a couple days behind the cell and they called to let me know and that it wouldn't void the warranty using the old cell for a couple days. Didn't expect it and super impressed.

I would highly recommend Salt Pool Guys. I purchased a replacement salt cell for my in ground pool. It was shipped within 24 hours. Along with a phone call stating the cord was back ordered but they would overnight it as soon as it came in which they did three days later. Amazing customer service. In this day with everything being done online, I was very impressed with the follow up phone call. I’m from the generation where you like to deal with human beings not AI.
