Wrong Diagnosed Part#

Technical support diagnosed the wrong part# based off information they asked me to provide. Put new part in and it didn’t fix the problem. Replaced salt cell and fixed error right away. Reached back out to Salt Pool guys for refund or to discuss and they have yet yo return my call. Very disappointed with these folk. The board and cord were not cheap.
