Great customer service

I found a link on Amazon to the pool guys when I tried to buy a part I thought I needed. Before I bought an unnecessary part Josh helped me through a series of checks on my pool and together we figured out what I thought was wrong was perfectly fine, and steered me in the direction to correct the problem I was having. He could have just let me bought the wrong part and then when I figured out that it didn’t solve the problem sell me the correct part and in doing so he saved me a bunch of money, not too mention a ton of aggravation. Highly recommend using salt pool guys for any AUTOPILOT salt generator issues!

Salt cell teamwork

Initially spoke with this company and over the phone we ran a diagnosis and determined that a new salt cell and cable were needed. After receiving the new items, they walked me through the process of replacing the parts.
