I ordered a new salt cell from Salt pool Guys after their supprt team guided me through the process of evaluating the stayus of my failing sslt cell. When I ran into trouble trying to remove the exisiting cell’s plug in the control panel, they responded quickly to my service inquiry with a phone call- on a Saturday, which was pleasantly amazing! Their advice helped me to complete the removal and replacement easily, with no further difficulties!

As always dealing with Salt Pool Guys is an easy experience. Finding the right product, ordering, and fast delivery is easy. I just wish there was a recycling option for these parts. It just seems so wasteful to toss the used cell. I know that’s a manufacturer issue but it needs to be addressed.
