Friendsheep Dryer Balls

I've been looking forward to trying your Friendsheep Dryer Balls and I waited long enough to see a wider selection. The Ombre collection has my favorite colors and I appreciate the solid quality of wool used to make them. I've tried dryer balls of lesser quality so I immediately noticed the difference. My only one negative criticism is the static cling that I've been experiencing after I dry a load of laundry. I thought the dryer balls were created to eliminate static cling; instead, I am getting more static cling! I did read your fact sheet explaining that the static cling is due to over-drying. How does one know when to avoid over-drying?! I can only conclude that I have to under-dry the laundry by trial and error. In other words, the dryer balls do not guarantee the prevention of static cling as advertised. Other than that, I will continue to use them and hopefully get better results.
