Arrived today in a timely manner. Put 1 Tbsp. In my drink. It said 2. I will try 2 Tbsp. tomorrow when I have no where to be. Will update after 30 days. Thank you for creating this product.

If you can get past the taste, or somehow get used to it, I’m hoping the benefits outweigh the taste. So far I haven’t seen much difference but I did a week then took a week off and was only using the soursop. It does make it easier to go to the bathroom. Im slowly weaning onto it so it’s probably too early to review it.

I have become very regular since using the black seed bitters. I can't say that my health has improved but I do have regular bowel movements everyday.
