I’m usually between a L and an XL in shorts and these fit perfect in L. The easy open & close magnets at the pockets and the built in compression shorts are clutch. I have been using them for gym shorts and I’m loving them!

Not a bad fit overall, but I'd consider these more like board shorts than swim trunks. The inner liner is nice, but once it gets wet it gets loose, floppy and is not a good fit. If you're looking for swim trunks with a liner, these are not the shorts for you.
