I have asked several times now for an actual human being to reply to me, which has not happened. I am extremely disappointed and the humans who run Birdies need to know that their AI chatbot help is actually going to ruin their company because I now actually have a terrible impression of who you are as a brand and my impression of quality associated with Birdies (I’ve been a Birdies customer for years) is now ruined. I ordered my shoes over a month ago, got zero response, did not get help when I reached out, and now still have no shoes, no clarification on why I never got them, nobody helping to refill my order and no sense of ownership for the breakdown. I have essentially had my time wasted and feel like you need to make it right. Stop spamming my account with surveys and feedback requests and START BEING HUMAN again. Reality check Birdies.

I have the black and the Lattè, I added these because leopard is a neutral (duhh) and they did not disappoint. The arch support is sooo sooo good!
